Exporting System Log Files from Thin Client to UMS

Issue

You want to send thin client log files to the IGEL support team.

Solution
  1. In the UMS console menu open Help > Save TC files for support.
  2. Choose online TC from list and click Next.
  3. Select a target directory for compressed log files.
  4. After successful export click Finish.
  5. Go to target directory and open compressed file with logs.
